Get involved - World Antibiotic Awareness Week is approaching
Annual World Antibiotic Awareness Week 18.-24. November is a week dedicated to raising awareness of antimicrobial resistance that can affect anyone, of any age, in any country. World Antibiotic Awareness Week aims to increase awareness of global antibiotic resistance and to encourage best practices among the general public, health workers and policy makers to avoid further emergence and spread of antibiotic resistance. Point-of-care diagnostics tests are essential part of the solution in tackling antimicrobial resistance by promoting more appropriate use of antibiotics and supporting physicians to reach the right diagnosis and correct treatment decision.
